- A multinational cosmetics organization is currently searching for an individual with a history of customer service in the industry to join them as the Customer Service Leader. In this position, the successful candidate will collaborate with various internal teams to provide high level service to e-commerce customers.

Responsibilities:
* Perform customer inquiry and complaint handling through phone, email, chat and active support on SNS
* Handle e-commerce customer service including credit management
* Communicate with other teams (each brand, QA, CC, Legal, etc.) in order to reply to consumers appropriately
* Analyse VOC with purchasing data and social VOC data; propose from analyses and proceed to practice
* Provide general customer service and perform administrative duties
Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience in customer service
* 2+ years' experience in cosmetic or pharmaceutical businesses including B2C business
* Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint skills
* Native level Japanese
* English skills; ability to communicate with English-speaking customers via phone
