- Joining a world-famous chemical company, the successful Sales Executive, Life Science will have the opportunity to apply their proven sales and marketing skills while also relying on their knowledge of chemistry and biology. Primary tasks for this role include growing the chemical sales business, introducing products and services, and possible supervising other sales reps, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
* Maintain and grow the existing business for chemical sales in the areas of diagnostics, flavour & fragrance, and industrial raw materials
* Develop and generate business in such new areas as chemical sales of medical devices
* Conduct price quotes, negotiation, and closing
* Resolve issues and problems related to sales, such as quality, delivery, etc., communicating with customers
* Depending on experience and ability, communicate with overseas product managers, marketing teams, QC, manufacturing, etc. to ensure good service and issue resolution
* Some domestic and international travel required
Requirements:
* A BA or MA in chemistry, biology, or other science category
* Sales experience with a B2B business, several years or more ideally in an industry related to chemistry, biochemistry, or biology
* Proven sales and marketing skills; negotiation and relationship building
* Good working knowledge of chemistry, biology, and/or related technologies
* English proficiency sufficient for communicating with global sites and colleagues
* Managerial experience preferred
