- Reporting to the General Manager, the top candidate who assumes the position of Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets at this biotechnology company. You will also qualify and develop opportunities for the sale of company products to academic and biotech pharmaceutical companies in Japan.

Responsibilities:
* Manage sales team to achieve targets
* Develop sales strategy
* Develop account sales plans and coordinate specific activities within targeted accounts
* Monitor and report on regional market trends
* Participate in scientific conferences, tradeshows, and related field support activities
* Develop customer relationships
Requirements:
* A BS in a biotech related field plus at least 8+ years' successful sales or marketing experience
* Prior experience managing sales teams and dealer networks
* Excellent time management and presentation skills
* Ability to adapt to evolving sales responsibilities and corporate work environment
* Written and spoken English proficiency (TOEIC 700+)
