Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and execution of global quality capability strategy for key accounts/markets to deliver company's key account business targets
* Drive corrective and preventive action plans globally, working with relevant functions to close the gap vs key account quality requirements
* Develop quality competencies to meet customer KA expectations
* Develop and maintain key contacts with customers to establish collaborative relationships
* Train/coach relevant people/functions
Requirements:
* An educational background in chemistry and/or engineering
* Advanced English skills
* PC proficiency - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* 2+ years' quality management experience; 3+ years' operation/product development experience; 2+ years' experience in a customer-facing role
* Experience working at an international/non-Japanese company
* Six Sigma green/black belt and chemical/automotive industry preferred
