- A world-leading chemical company is searching for an individual with customer service experience and excellent communication skills to join them as Customer Service Representative. This role offers you the chance to build internal and external relationships and use your supply chain knowledge while fostering positive relationships and delivering excellent customer service.
- 仕事内容

Responsibilities:
* Provide customer service to external customers, fostering positive relationships and expertly handling enquiries
* Partner with internal support functions to create solutions for customers
* Responsible for the timely and accurate coordination and completion of Sales Order Processing (SOP) activities
* Coordinate customer specialty requests and ensure customer expectations are met
* Process invoices, credit notes, returns, etc.
* Handle customer complaint collection, input, and analysis
Requirements:
* Customer service experience
* Ability to work autonomously
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to build internal and external relationships
* Supply chain knowledge
* English and Japanese fluency
