- A multinational medical group is searching a deeply experienced professional with a history in medical or pharmaceutical manufacturing companies to join their organization as an Acting Plant Manager. In this role, you will oversee key projects and initiatives in a major facility, developing plans and ensuring their safe and efficient implementation.

Responsibilities:
* Manage and control daily and annual operations
* Manage total operating budget on an annual basis
* Develop, modify and implement key projects and initiatives as they relate to manufacturing operations
* Interact and coordinate with all corporate departments and outside suppliers/consultants to determine the long-term strategy for the plant and make daily tactical decisions
* Develop a future plan and prepare its implementation
* Manage plan renovations/upgrades to introduce new products
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above; major in engineering/science/pharmacology or another relevant field
* 15+ years' relative experience in multinational medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing companies
* Proven leadership skills; ability to manage people of different educational backgrounds
* Native level Japanese; fluent English and international experience
