- A multinational energy company is currently searching for an individual with a track record of successfully recruiting and managing sales channel partners to join them in the senior role of Sales & Marketing Director. The candidate selected for this position will oversee channel sales management and marketing and customer product design.

Responsibilities:
* Establish and implement a sales and marketing department
* Hire staff and implement processes and procedures for channel sales management, and marketing and product management
* Develop standard management reports and sales metrics
* Work with all departments as required to coordinate sales and marketing activities
* Develop pricing and product designs and models with supply and operations departments
* Monitor and report on competitors
Requirements:
* 10 years' experience in mass market product sales and marketing management
* A proven track record of recruiting and managing sales channel partners
* English and Japanese fluency
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* A results-oriented self-starter
* Strong people and project management skills
