募集背景: The successful candidate will join a global pharmaceutical company as Senior Solution Specialist MES. This multifaceted role will see you leading the design and implementation for MES projects, exercising personal responsibility and autonomy. In addition to proactively identifying and resolving technical challenges, you will maintain up-to-date expertise in business areas and continually hone your own skills.

仕事内容: Responsibilities:

* Lead the design and implementation of MES projects
* Influence others in solution design and support of the business
* Provide analysis, design, and configuration of solutions based on company standards; gain working knowledge of customer's business function
* Ensure that solutions are designed, developed, and maintained in support of the business
* Establish relationships with vendors, contractors, and employees in support of projects and ongoing operations

Requirements:

* A bachelor's degree or high school degree with 7 years' equivalent work experience
* 3-7 years' relevant experience
* A minimum of 5 years' experience with MES
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, plus problem-solving and analytical skills
* Written and spoken English and Japanese proficiency
