- An opportunity has arisen for a skilled professional to join a leading international organization in the role of Customer Support Manager. In this exciting role, you will communicate with airline companies and customers as and develop action plans for addressing their needs across the APAC region.

Responsibilities:
* Establish a management operating system (MOS), utilizing salesforce.com with assigned airline customers that includes regular performance reviews (delivery, tech support, product performance, CMM updates, promotion of portal/improvement initiatives)
* Lead new product/platform EIS at assigned airline customers (after the initial 12 months)
* Lead airline change management communication as it relates to business policies and systemic process changes
* Establish and drive the execution of airline survey improvement plans and reliability initiatives
* Communicate and develop action plans as a result of customer effort survey results for APAC airline customers
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or a related field
* 2+ years' relevant experience
* Six Sigma Blackbelt certification; PMP certification
* Ability to drive change within peer group and with customer business teams
* Ability to present complex technical and support issues at peer and executive levels
