- An international organization is searching for a talented logistics professional with customer service experience to join them as the Operation Manager. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in SAP and be a native level Japanese speaker with fluent English communication ability.

Responsibilities:
* Lead and coach the operations team to provide quality logistics and customer service in accordance with company policy and procedures
* Monitor daily logistics operation and booking issues
* Maintain a strong relationship with ocean carriers and monitor warehouse operations to maximize business opportunities
* Develop and review the standard logistic and customer service procedures to ensure operational efficiency
* Maintain close ties with the shipping community and keep abreast of current events; communicate with the sales team, suppliers and customers on purchase and sales order processing
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree
* 5+ years' logistics and customer service experience preferably in a multi-national company
* Practical experience in SAP
* MS Office proficiency; particularly Excel
* Native level Japanese and fluent English; Mandarin Chinese knowledge is an advantage
