Responsibilities:
* Maintain high service levels while achieving inventory targets across multiple products and distribution centres
* Plan material requirements and inventory replenishment/ordering of finished goods
* Manage planning parameters including target stocks/safety stocks, lot sizes and lead time; manage products with short expiry date, obsolete products, return handling, booking procedure
* Develop and implement various scorecards for inventory and supply chain as well as reporting
* Communicate with warehouse staff/supply chain manager: prepare ABC-Analysis, address future capacity for products, prepare product overview for return handling and define priorities for goods reception and handling of damaged products
Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience in supply planning including working closely with sales and marketing teams, logistics and manufacturing
* Experience working in a complex distribution centre network with several thousand SKUs and multiple DC locations is preferred
* Good experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel (comfort working with vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)
* Experience using ERP systems; SAP preferred
* Professional fluency in English
