Responsibilities:
* Design pre-season and in-season merchandising and planning processes, highlighting functional area roles and responsibilities at a major department store retailer
* Develop end-to-end global or regional supply chain and operational transformation programs
* Assess product development and source capabilities for innovation, flexibility and speed to market
* Evaluate the store network of a speciality apparel retailer to group stores into clusters that share similar characteristics and localize the merchandise assortment to meet the unique preferences of that customer segment
* Evaluate and recommend performance management software solutions to bog-box retailers
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree
* 3+ years' experience in a professional firm preferred
* Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to immediately contribute in a team environment
* Superior analytical skills; strong problem solving skills and logical thinking ability
* Energy and passion for client service
