- An industrial manufacturing is currently hiring a Senior Controller. The candidate selected for this role will demonstrate complete knowledge of accounting principles and practices and have some experience in a manufacturing environment. This rewarding professional role will see you take ownership of the company's accounting policy, procedures, and programs.

Responsibilities:
* Install accounting systems and standards required for the proper performance of plant controller function
* Supervise the maintenance of manufacturing ledgers, cost accounting activities, and financial and control reports
* Compile and analyse operating and performance reports
* Supervise the preparation, recording, and distribution of payroll, customer invoices, raw material, etc.
* Ensure that adequate and continuous controls are exercised over all assigned areas
Requirements:
* Extensive and complete knowledge of accounting principles and practices as obtained by completion of a bachelor's degree in business
* A CPA
* Some operational accounting experience in manufacturing
* 2+ years' experience in an accounting supervisory role
* Consistent, value-added performance and 3-6 years of progressive experience
