- A global machinery manufacturer is seeking a skilled financial expert to join them as the Finance Manager. In this role, the successful candidate will oversee reporting, analysis and other financial activities as they make use of their expertise in an international business.

Responsibilities:
* Support and oversee the Japan service and trade businesses on a daily basis
* Manage financial reporting and analysis
* Support forecasting and budget setting processes
* Provide oversight and control for governance and tax
* Support local management in investment and opportunity development
* Drive the alignment of internal process and control for local business; champion a culture of improvement and efficient allocation of time and resources
Requirements:
* Degree in business or accounting from an accredited university or equivalent coursework/professional accreditation
* 4+ years' experience in a financial position, preferably at senior accountant or financial analyst level
* Foreign business experience or work in a multinational company is preferred
* Experience with ERP systems 9SAP, Oracle, MAPICS, LN, Bond, Hyperion, Cognos or mid-sized company equivalents)
* High energy and professional confidence
