Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily finance department activities
* Ensure that SAP data entry is accurate
* Ensure the implementation of internal procedures, e.g., strict debtor management, cash management, trade creditors, control of fixed assets,
* Support the preparation of short- and long-term planning (budget)
* Supervise the treasury, proposing ideas or taking the necessary steps to minimize the net financial costs
* Communicate with banks
Requirements:
* A university graduate
* Japanese and English fluency
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in an international environment
* Experience working with SAP
* Highly organized
* Strong IT skills
