1) Distribution and credit control
- To maximize wholesalers' capability of stable supply to prevent loss of opportunity of prescribing patients.
- To develop distribution management plan and activities of distribution and account management members.
- To monitor financial statements of wholesalers and develop plans to manage credit by controlling credit limit.
2) Achievement of sales target
- To develop plans to achieve the sales target.
- To plan effective incentive policies to accelerate cooperation with wholesalers for strategic products.
- To get agreement with wholesalers' top managements on the framework for sharing information and monitor wholesalers to implement the plans.
3) Protection of product value
- To develop plans to conduct price trend survey on both in-house and competitors' products to prevent opportunity loss caused by the price.
- To negotiate with wholesalers to keep the price reflecting product value and minimize National Health Insurance Drug Price (NHIP) reduction of in-house products at NHIP revision.

- 必須

- 10 years or more experience as MR and/or MS
- 5 years or more experiences to manage wholesalers
- 3 years or more experience of line manager
- Experience as Distirct Manager or Sales Branch Manager in pharmaceutical industry
- Business level Japanese and English
- Negotiation skills
- Business planning and financial acumen
- Innovative thinking to create new business mode
