The Biz Dev and Technical Sales is responsible for:
1) Sales revenue for accounts in charge
2) Business development and sales activities emphasis on pipeline expansion, revenue, and profitability
3) Maintain and grow our market shares in Japan (White goods market)
a. Drive strategic sales penetration in new accounts
b. Manage and develop strong relations with the existing distributors and acquire new distributors for new accounts
c. Deepen customer relations with existing customers
d. Drive new product requirements.
e. Develop strategic sales & marketing plan to meet set requirements
4) Creating new business opportunities
5) Develop our OEM/ODM business in Japan together with our distributor and technical support team.
6) Respond to Pre-Qualification, Request for Quotes, Request for Proposal and other detailed procurement contracts.
7) Manage prospects, alliances, delivery partner through networking and other prospecting method.
8) Monitor and brief the status of sales performances.
