Reporting to Managing Director, NEA and Chief Marketing Officer, APAC.
The incumbent is a key member of the company's management team.
This position will be responsible for the framework, processes and negotiations to successfully drive marketing strategy. Define product management priorities and work with agencies to define/drive company relevant campaigns, initiatives, priorities and product launches with business objectives.
The incumbent will also be responsible for performing the required market research and analysis to ensure sound and supported decisions are made in terms of product portfolio management.
This is a key position within the organization that will involve assisting in the conception/development of the company strategy and working closely with the executive management team.

- 必須

・ A degree in Marketing or Businessrelated fields and/or at least 10 years proven experience in Marketing or Business Development functions
・Demonstrate success developing (and leading) segment based sales and marketing strategies and programs in the food industry.
・A solid understanding of food industry product management is critical.
・Able to manage senior stakeholders and stay connected to junior staff
・Quick to learn new things and adapt to new situations
・Strong ambition to progress further in the organization
・Excellent communication and engagement skills, e.g. influence in matrix structures, promotes ideas in clear and simple terms
・Excellent strategic leadership capabilities, e.g. setting direction, driving changes and driving results
・Strong IT skills in Microsoft Office is assumed
