1. Successfully grow and develop the ecommerce business in line with company strategies, to collaborate with key pure players, Brick and Moters.com and cross functions as well as to provide ecommerce market analysis, shopper insight /purchase behavior analysis and key competitors analysis.
2. Grow key strategic retailers to provide shopper based co-marketing programs as well as to meet customer needs of exclusive marketing programs.

Responsible for strategizing, creating and executing ecommerce sales program and co-marketing program.
- Develop and execute short & long-term online ecommerce strategies
- Drive online programs and campaigns including advertising, social media, email, etc. in conjunction with marketing programs.
- Update online market landscape, e-shopper insight, competitors analysis and Key E-retailers business result.
-Develop co-marketing programs to meet customer and sales team’s needs
- Monitor and analyze each online website and e-store performance data, co-marketing program.
-Support customer selling for sales team to directly visit key retailers.

-Knowledge/experience of e-commerce business enhancement as well as shopper marketing program
-Good understanding of online/ e-commerce related technical field.
-Experience in leading cross-functional initiatives/projects
-Experience to be in charge of trade marketing or brand marketing.
-Strong leadership and strategic thinking capability
-Highly comfortable in the world of integrated communication, planning, and its implications along with cross-functions (sales, trade marketing, SC) and global contacts (U.S HQ and other Asia market)
-Can work well as part of a team with the capability to lead projects alone
-Business level of communication skill in both spoken and written English.
