Job Purpose
・To seek opportunity pioneering new category
・To lead the creation, development and execution of innovation projects that impacts the top and the bottom line of the business
- 仕事内容
-
• Develop innovation strategy and optimal foods/packages that well capture consumer insights which impact the top and the bottom line of the business
• Develop opportunity to pioneer new category to expand the business
• Lead as well as support all innovation projects
Idea generation, concept development and consumer testing
(*Consumer testing by the support of Research manager)
• Local and Regional (APAC) business alignment through the stage gate process
• Develop ‘Go to market’ strategy by working with the brand activation and commercial team, and execute the plans to maximize the impact of new launches
• Set the KPIs of new launch and take corrective action plans where required in the first 12 months of launch
• Identify innovation opportunity areas and platforms, co-working with Brand activation & Research to understand consumers’ needs, attitudes and behaviors

• Over 5yrs experience of Marketing /Brand Development
• Food industry marketing background with NPD experience is preferred
• Excellent communication, influencing and persuasion skills
• English speaking and writing must
