Planning and Implementation of Field Marketing Activities
Develop and implement the strategy and propose action plans aligned with sales targets by identifying growth opportunities.
・ Provide on-site supports as a field trainer visiting surgical and urological customers with Teleflex Medical Japan (TMJ) or partner salesforce.
・ Assisting new product launches though researching customers’ needs such as healthcare professionals, distributors, or other stakeholders.
・ Planning and implementing sales force trainings according with new product launch plans.
・ Developing and deploying promotional tools (e.g. catalogues) based on analysis of customers’ needs through collecting salesforce’s inputs, visiting customers, and participating in exhibitions at congresses.
・ Planning and implementing effective promotional events for customers such as educational seminars, training workshops, and co-sponsored seminars at congress.

SKILL SETS:
1. Minimum 5 years marketing experiences as a product specialist, a market communications, a professional education, and/or a sales trainer in medical device industry.
2. Preferably experiences in surgical or urological device business.
3. Communication skills: written and verbal both in English & Japanese.
4. Strong organizational skills: ability to multi-task.
