- Lead the implementation of best practices for expense control and resource allocation.
- Manage change and improvement to the control environment and systems
- Ensure the maintenance of effective internal controls to guarantee safeguarding of assets and reliability of financial statements
- Financial responsibility of management and central overheads
- Lead budgeting, planning & forecasting processes
- Business, financial and scenario planning
- Timely and accurate preparation and submission of all month end financial statements and group reports as detailed from time to time by Group
- Critical review of forecasts and budgets
- Manage local cash and cash-flow planning/forecasting
- Manage the teams to ensure that the business receives the desired service level from each part of the team.
