Responsibilities of the position / job description
1) Follow the company philosophy of defining premium product and outstanding quality
2) Continuous improvement of effectiveness and efficiency of Finance Unit
3) Manage day-to-day and regular accounting operations (Incl. payroll, fixed assets and leasing assets, bank
transactions, controlling cash-flow, tax, accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense, cash, supporting cash
collection)
4) Maintain financial documents and data incl. SAP master data
5) Manage financial events such as year-end closing, consolidation package, and tax matters
6) Provide solid support to management and all departments for the financial related matters
7) Create planning and controlling standard for the company and projects
8) Coordinate the budget and the long term planning as well as the forecasts within a budgeted year

Professional / degrees
Professional experiences
Necessary special knowledge and
skills
: BA in economics or commercials
: Multiple years of professional experience in finance and controlling,
preferably in the automotive industry with proven supervisory skills
‐Good knowledge of SAP
- Good knowledge of US GAP and Sarbanes Oxley (SOX)
- Knowledge of accounting related regulations, accounting principles, and
audit standards
‐Knowledge of ISO/TS16949, ISO14001
‐Good command of oral and written English (Higher than TOEIC 700)
‐Interpersonal skills, leadership, management ability
