仕事内容
The successful candidate in this role will responsible for:

Handling documentation and matters relating to litigation, consumer protection, competition law, labour, intellectual property and real estate
Interpreting and advising on laws impacting FMCG operations
Closely supporting business teams in achieving effective legal solutions
応募資格
必須
The main requirements are:

5 or more years' experience in an in-house legal or law firm role
Experience with corporate and commercial matters under Japanese law, in English and Japanese
A firm grasp of laws concerning the retail industry in Japan is a plus
Excellent English and Japanese communication skills
Flexible attitude with strong commercial focus
