The Legal Manager is responsible for assisting the Senior Counsel to manage Japan’s legal matters across all function areas.
The Legal Manager’s role will include review of contractual and other documentation, advising legal issues, participation in projects and committees, handling corporate secretarial work, handling disputes and litigation, and managing outside counsel. He/she is expected to closely work with employees in other departments, especially Compliance. There may also be opportunities to participate in Regional and Global projects which require English capability.

Bachelor of Law degree or equivalent required.
Bar admission (Japan, US, or other major jurisdictions)
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in law firms or corporate legal department.
TOEIC 850+
Experience with Health Care Industry preferred
