|応募資格||-4-year college degree or equivalent.
-Minimum 5 years comp & benefit experience.
-Minimum 1 to 2 years of managerial experience
-High level written/verbal communication skills both in Japanese and English; fluent in Japanese, proficiency in English (TOEIC 800+)
-1 to 2 years of HR generalist experience is a plus -Good understanding of FMCG/food/luxury brand industry a plus
-Good interpersonal skills -Proactive and solution oriented -Customer focus -Highly motivated and supportive of others
