|仕事内容||・Identify and evaluate opportunities for various event types
・Liaise with internal hosts to ascertain their precise event requirements and maintain communication throughout the planning and execution process.
・Produce detailed proposals for events (e.g. budgets , timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing requirement, etc.)
・Secure and book suitable venues or locations
・Manage personnel from hired venues, caterers, stand designers, agencies and contractors
・Plan room layouts and entertainment programs, schedule workshops and demonstrations
・Identify and secure speakers or special guests
・Co-ordinate staffing requirements and host and support staff briefings arrange and manage accommodation for speakers and/or delegates and hosts;
・Prepare delegate packs and papers;
・Liaise with internal hosts and designers to create branded and/or theme-specific events;
・Handle client and internal host queries on the day and troubleshoot exhibitor and visitor problems smoothly.
|応募資格||・Business degree or equivalent.
・At least three years of event management experience within a comparable team.
・Fluent English and Japanese are mandatory
This is a Junior role, so you should have less than 12 years of total work
・Other language(s) would be an asset Ability to work well within a team, with a flexible approach to the role.
・Excellent interpersonal, organizational and IT skills
