|仕事内容||・ In coordination with Marketing Operation Manager, develop and implement local consumer calendar sales-related promotion /event plan (i.e. in-store promotions/events, GWP promotions, department stores fairs) for all POPs (including Ginza flagship store).
・ Propose mechanics of promotion/campaign plans with customer experience to support sales and help generating traffic to the stores.
・ Ensure consumer events to raise emotional attachment.
・ In cooperation with Mono and Multi-brand Managers, consolidate and evaluate local needs to ensure an optimal promotion /event plan cater for all distribution channels.
・ In cooperation with Marketing Opereation Manager, ensure events/promotion implementation in line with communication/branding strategies and brand visual identity.
・ With support from Retail Management, analyze qualitative and quantitative results of all events / promotions and suggestion for future improvements.
