|仕事内容||1. Collaboratively build the Functional Strategic & IS Capability Roadmap.
2. Be an IS ambassador delivering frequent communications and training for new tools and capabilities.
3. Become an equal partner in the functional leadership team.
4. Build strategic alignment outward to the Region and Global partners while also taking inward those agendas and driving them locally.
5. Help the organization understand the ‘power’ of the total IS team.
6. Create support and ownership of the Japan agenda outside of the region.
|応募資格||1. Strong analytical skills, written and verbal communication, problem solving, working well with others, customer service, negotiating and influence, leadership without authority and working autonomously.
2. Demonstrate that you have; experience within Sales/Marketing or an IS role supporting Sale/Marketing, demonstrated a good degree of managing change within an organization, been able to bring cross-functional teams together to deliver great results, been able to operate across all levels of an organization.
3. Native level Japanese and and Business level English highly preferred.
1. 8 - 10 years of experience working within or supporting Sales or/and Marketing functions involved in IS projects and business transformation management.
