|仕事内容||You will be responsible for the followings;
•Identifying opportunities in new accounts and manage existing accounts within the Retail industry.
•Researching, identifying, analyzing and recommending specific business opportunities for the profitable growth of the retail business.
•Handling Application development, Enterprise Application Implementation, Infrastructure Management and various other Services.
•Managing Business Process Outsourcing and Product Engineering Services.
•Understanding customer challenges and providing tailored solutions.
•Collaboration and connections with Senior Management (CXO level) in the customer’s organization.
•Developing stable and long term relationship with stakeholders.
•Ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and service quality norms.
•Participating in the corporate periodic strategy and business planning workshops.
•Leading and guiding subordinates by providing them with technical guidance and training.
|応募資格||•Previous IT solutions selling experience focused on selling to the Retail industry with a demonstrable ability to meet the challenging deadlines and achieving sales quotas.
•Ability for generating leads, cold calling, identifying, qualifying and securing business opportunities.
•Experience in business evaluations, gathering and analyzing corporate and market information.
•Exploring new opportunities by using existing C-level relationships from past client base.
•Extensive experience in the business development/ development function.
•Extensive knowledge of International business practices and procedures.
•Understanding of the retail products and business cycle.
•Effective communication skills in English and Japanese.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent. MBA and/or Professional financial certification will be an added advantage.
