|仕事内容||Manages sales activities of organization by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. Scope of Duties / Job Description:
? Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
? Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
? Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
? Directs staffing, training, performance management and performance evaluations to develop and control sales program.
? Directs channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
? Assigns sales territory to sales representatives.
? Analyzes sales statistics to formulate policy and assist sales partners in promoting sales. ? Delivers sales presentations, maintains relationships, negotiates and closes business with key clients in coordination with salesstaff.
? Coordinates liaison between sales department and other sales related units.
? Analyzes and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements. ? Provides feedback from customers to product management.
? Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition, reports as appropriate to product management
Other projects and duties as assigned.
|応募資格||Education / Training:
? BS/BA or combination of education and work experience
? MBA preferred, but not required
? Ten years direct sales or sales management experience in a high technology industry, minimum three years in sales management
? Managed 10 or more direct reports
? Strong analytical, marketing, management, leadership and sales skills
? Strong knowledge of the storage marketplace, its customers and sales partners
? Familiarity with the high SSD marketplace a plus.
? Experienced building personal collaborations, networks and teams inside and outside of the organization.
? Experience managing one or more of the following customer segments: 1) Enterprise; 2) OEM; 3) Channel; 4) Distribution
? Executive level contacts at customers and sales partners
? Professional demeanor and team player
? High integrity a must
? Accurate, detail-oriented, and organized
