* Achieve account sales targets and objectives
* Manage, Motivate and train the key account on ongoing basis to achieve desired sales objectives
* Generate quality sales opportunities independently but to be ultimately close with the key accounts
* Actively manage Japan account sales pipeline and ensure its accuracy and maximum efforts are made to close all reported sales opportunities
* 5 to 8 years of sales experience, specifically with an IT background
* The candidate should have experience selling either Network, Data Centre or IT Hardware products to enterprise accounts
* Proven sales ability/results in the Japan IT market
* English ability is preferred but not entirely necessary
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills
