|募集背景||Due to internal movement, there is now an open position to lead the 8 person Learning & Development Team from their Kanagawa Headquarters. The team is responsible for training across the workforce, from blue-collar to executive leadership. Their approach is a consistent, strategic application of trusted methods and innovation.|
|仕事内容||This business is part of a global network that develops, manufactures and sells trucks and buses across the asia pacific region. This is a global leader both in terms of sales and their dedication to new green technologies. They have embraced hybrid engine technologies for heavy industry and continue to pioneer in this field.
This position will be responsible for developing the company training environment, workforce performance and potential leaders. This will be a mixture of developing and designing training with the team.
|応募資格||We are seeking an experienced professional from a Training and Development background, bilingual in Japanese and English. You should have demonstrable experience in planning and development, and knowledge of hard and soft leadership skills. A knowledge of the automotive industry would be welcome but is not essential.
You should have a solid background in Learning and Development and good all-round knowledge of HR Function.
