■Organize, facilitate and manage the Budgeting and Business Planning Process;
■Prepare long, medium and short term forecasts;
■Coordinate and manage monthly closings, analyze actual vs forecast and plan;
■Drive the daily management process (daily cost follow ups, daily P&L, etc);
■Regular and ad-hoc cost and revenue analysis (Long term agreement analysis, Customer profitability);
■Support manufacturing process from costing aspects, support Activity Based Costing;
■Evaluation of investments and other decisions support activities;
■Manage the accounting activities of the plant;
■Manage and organize the physical inventory (materials and assets);
■Manage the Financial ASAT process, internal and external audits;
■Prepare US and Japanese GAAP financial statements, tax returns;
■Manage a team of Finance professionals and support skill/career development as necessary.
■Timely reporting (required daily level schedule) discipline
■Strong IT literacy to use MS Office
■Regular conference calls with USA/Europe

- 必須

■Masters or Bachelor Degree in finance or commerce – or equivalent
■At least 5-10 years of experience in the field of manufacturing finance or related areas;
■High level computer literacy (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word, and database environment Hyperion, Oracle, etc).
■High level of written and spoken English;
■Partner with the sales/production/engineering team and offer financial support for management decision, abilities to use technical skills to provide foundation for management decision is critical.
