・LEDを使った新規製品の市場導入・拡大がトレンドとして見込まれており、日本市場のニーズを把握し、海外の製品開発チームと連携して新製品を市場に投入するとともに販売に結びつけビジネを拡大していく必要があるため。
・カー用品販売店等、自動車修理工場等にて取り扱っている消費者向け自動車用ランプその他アクセサリ製品の営業マネージャーのポジションです。(ランプ以外では空気清浄機・懐中電灯なども車載用途で販売)
- 仕事内容
-
・Lead the sales function in Japan automotive aftermarket in order to maximize revenue and margin
・Develop and drive credibility and long term relationship with customers to fulfill long-term sales objectives.
・Define and execute sales, marketing and distribution strategy by closely working with Product Category Teams as well as Regional and Global Marketing Teams
・Develop and implement sales plans including Monthly/Quarterly sales forecast and Annual Operating Plan, monitoring sales and financial performance against budget and taking corrective actions in order to achieve overall business objectives.
・Develop and implement sales strategy and market activation plan to grow business effectively
・Lead, direct and motivate team members in order to achieve revenue and margin goals.
・Negotiate contracts and prices by understanding boundary and sales policy.
・Analyze market size, trends and dynamics based on available data with acquisitions of market insight
- 応募資格

- 必須
-
・5-10 year+ sales and account management experience
・3 year + retail marketing experience
・Excellent in relationship building, negotiations and presentation skill
・Strong analytical and financial skill
・3 year + people management experience
・Communication skill that is effective in matrix organization in both writing and speaking
・Native Japanese language ability with advanced English skills (TOEIC 800 or above)
