|応募資格||1. 10+ years experience in a mixture of networking, network applications and major account development. Prior experience in voice/ video.
2. 2+ years management experience (demonstrated team leadership; motivation and management, optimizing the performance of others, delegation of tasks, developing a sense of ownership, responsibility and motivation.)
3. Vision - sense of direction, championing the company strategies and plans.
4. Demonstrated business skills and knowledge including basic knowledge of financial processes and common business terminology and practices.
5. College/University degree.
1. Experienced in the ‘consultative’ approach to selling -> ‘trusted advisor’.
