|募集背景||Business development group at Seller service division is seeking a highly motivated seller business consultant (Senior Account Manager) to support existing seller and help them maximize their business growth by providing superior business consulting service.|
|仕事内容||This position will provide 1x1 business consulting service to nominated sellers to maximize seller business and build long-term trustful relationship with sellers.
1. Nominate target sellers to provide 1x1 business consulting service
2. Provide business consulting service of Seller business and FBA to grow target seller business
3. Perform necessary deep dive analysis in seller performance
4. Build up long-term relationships with target sellers and leverage learning for total seller base
5. Improve Seller business and FBA related service/process/tool with stakeholders
Conduct business review to US/EU/JP management team
1. Good communication skill and influencing power over related sections.
2. Experience and excellent track record of Account management, relationship management, business consulting, inside sales to support existing seller or biz development to start / grow new business. Online business experience is plus.
3. An ability to deal with ambiguity. Can deliver results and drive change in loosely defined situations.
4. Strong in data analysis and provide fact-base recommendation.
5. English skill to collaborate with international team and lead conference call with US/EU team.
6. Project work experience with multi-teams includes international counterparts.
