|仕事内容||-Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to the Corporate Plant on various matters of HR. - Work closely with local plant management, A/P management, and local employees on various HR related issues including organizational development and learning and with focus on employee relations. - Will be a point of contact for the local union, and closely partner with the local union on various employment issues. -Collaborate with the Japan HQ HR office to support the employees and management.|
|応募資格||-10 years or more HR Generalist experience.
-Diplomatic ability in managing different stake holder (management, employee, union, overseas management, etc)
-Ability to manage global initiatives and localization.
-Proficient in both Japanese (native level fluency) and English (business fluency) in writing and speaking
-Working experience in Manufacturing Industry -Working experience at International Firm -Strong experience dealing with Labor Union
-Excellent Communication Skill -Highly motivated
|年収・給与||8.0 to 12.0 million yen, based on qualifications and experience|
