|仕事内容||1. Hire, Train, and Manage a team of Enterprise Business Development Reps (EBR - outbound prospecting).
2. Develop Reps into sales-ready candidates for future Account Executive positions.
3. Motivate Individuals and Team to exceed objectives through coaching, regular broadcast of results, and creative incentives.
4. Work closely with Sales Managers and Reps to ensure we drive pipeline as needed to meet business requirements and growth.
5. Work closely with Operations to make recommendations on process improvements.
6. Identify and make recommendations for improvement and innovation in the areas of Process, Efficiency, Productivity.
7. Regularly report and manage Team/Individual Results - Lead Quantity, Quality, Revenue.
|応募資格||1. Proven experience successfully managing people to achieve and exceed performance goals.
2. Five plus years of experience in software sales, preferably in CRM or enterprise applications, with a consistent proven track record of over achievement of quota expectation.
3. Experience in hiring, developing and training sales teams.
4. Outstanding communication, organizational and time management skills.
5. Fluent English language communication skills, able to participate actively in global conference calls in English language with nationals of many countries.
6. Bachelors degree.
7. No English language requirement.
8. Preferred skills: Prior experience and knowledge of Cloud Computing technologies would be an advantage.
9. Experience with salesforce.com applications is a plus.
