|仕事内容||*Tsukuba site employee hiring, transferring, and unemployment, for regular full time salary, full time regular direct labor, temporary contract.
*People development support through plant business plan and PDP system engaged all departments.
*Coordinate right relationship between managers and others.
*Manage to improve all team activities in HR and general coordination service area.
*Provide consulting to managers regarding manager/employee effectiveness.
*Manage Performance Management system including communication to employees and managers, submission of appraisals, and communication of performance trend to senior management.
*Conduct training needs assessment in cooperation with NPL T&D manager.
*Conduct supervisor/managerial training relating to basic supervision, performance management, discipline, and other topics as needed.
*Consult with managers on Labor Law-related issues.
*Support managers in preparing Organization Planning.
|応募資格||*More than 5 years plant HR management experience, and entire plant support experience
*Knowledge in employee/labor relations, hiring, C&B, payroll and labor laws and practice
*Emphasis in leadership development, organization effectiveness, employee relations and change management
*Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and experience
*Bachelor or Master Degree
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
*Interpersonal and influencing skills
It is not realistic/convenient to commute to this plant by train, therefore ALL APPLICANTS MUST ALREADY RESIDE IN THE TSUKUBA / KISARAZU CITY AREA, AND HAVE A CAR.
