|仕事内容||- Define opportunities for the organic growth of the company by assessing current business situation, improving sales forecast accuracy, developing pricing strategy and identifying optimization opportunities. Business Assessment: - Identify sales drivers and define opportunities to build the strong baseline sales and to achieve the sales target - Assess marketing activities and define opportunities to maximize both short term and long term marketing ROI - Responsible for proactive reporting to the Executive Leadership Team on sales results and trend Sales Forecast: - Identify internal and external variables which impact sales results - Forecast short term and mid term baseline sales - Forecast incremental sales by simulating sales performance of individual promotion as well as halo and cannibalization - Responsible for improving sales forecast accuracy Pricing Strategy: - Define pricing opportunities to further drive sales and profit - Plan pricing scenarios for different internal and external conditions - Responsible for pricing recommendations for all products including promotional items Optimization: - Define opportunities to optimize resource allocation including marketing spending and food & paper costs - Define opportunities to optimize the product mix and the menu portfolio Talent Management - Manage a team of the three and multiple analytic partners (local and global) - Build one strong team of the internal, global and external talents and resources|
|応募資格||- Retail industry experience a MUST
- Can present to Marketing and Executive Management team based on business insight and consumer insight.
- Sales and Marketing strategy based on sales analysis
- Pricing strategy experience
- Foreign affiliated retail firm experience preferred.
- High presentation skill to executive management level of people. - Strong leadership skill
