1. Identifying training and development needs in the area of finance within XXX Group or YYY business through analysis, appraisal.
2. Designing and developing training programmes based on both the customers of business teams needs.
3. Considering the costs of planned programmes and keeping within budgets.
4. Working in a team to produce programmes that are satisfactory to all relevant parties.
5. Producing training materials for in/out-house courses.
6. Managing the delivery of training programmes
7. Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees, participants through questionnaires and discussions with sales managers.
8. Evaluating training programmes, amending and revising programmes as necessary in order to adapt to fast-changing market.
9. Keeping up to date with developments in training by going to meetings and attending relevant sessions with Sales Company or third party
