|仕事内容||・Directs the review of existing programs, processes and
quality systems of company manufacturing locations in Japan.
This includes, gaining an understanding of the current process,
determining gaps or potential gaps in the process, developing
solutions to the process gaps in a collaborative manner
by involving department resources that use the process,
and developing training and implementation plans for the revised processes.
・Analyzes complaint investigations for to assure completeness. Determines final
complaint validity related to customer claims. Ensure communications with affiliates
are coordinated for all complaints or non-conformance raised within Japan
associated with affiliates’ supplies. Ensure proper closures of all complaints and
feedback to customers are well managed and fully covered.
|応募資格||Minimum Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Analytical Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Science with around 10 years experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance and three years.
supervisory/manager experience OR Diploma in Chemical Process, Food Science with 10 to 15 years experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance and 5 years Supervisory / manager
Excellent communication in English & Japanese and negotiation skills both written and verbal.
Capable of ‘selling’ his/her ideas to relevant stakeholders. Demonstrated understanding of fact-based decision-making and analytical processes related to quality management and process
Programming knowledge including query building and report writing.
