- Finance strives to be the essential and most trusted business partner, influencing decisions and driving productivity to achieve business results. This role is the primary financial contact for one of our Sales and Marketing Business Units (BU) within Japan. The person in this position will act as the primary contact and financial lead for the business unit. Activities include financial control, budgeting, business case analysis, and SAP implementation. The position requires a strong knowledge of finance and accounting. It requires excellent communication skills as one will be working closely with Senior Management, global affiliates, and external partners.

- 必須

・ MBA or equivalent
・3+ years experience in finance field in a multinational company or consulting/audit firm.
・Experience in cross-functional work/project
・Project management skills, ability to think and work independently a must
・Must be fluent in Japanese and English
・Presentation/communication skills, ability to deal across cultures
・Ability to influence business partners
・Detail oriented but still able to see bigger picture
・High level of initiative, must be able to prioritize work
・Willingness to challenge the status quo
・Planning and organizational skills
・Ability to deal with and navigate ambiguity
・Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
あると望ましいもの
・ CPA is a plus
・ Pharmaceutical experience preferred
・ International experience preferred
・ SAP experience is a plus
