《Corporate Real Estate Facility Manager》
【Job Purpose】
■This role is responsible for ensuring a safe, efficient, and comfortable work environment across the company’s owned and leased office properties in Japan.
■This role plays a key part in the strategic and operational management of facilities including maintenance planning, vendor coordination, and office layout improvements to enhance the overall quality and functionality of the workplace.
【Job Responsibilities】
■Manage the-day-to day operations through vendor management for owned and leased office facilities.
■Develop and execute annual facility and infrastructure maintenance / improvement plans.
■Select, supervise and evaluate external vendors and contractors.
■Monitor and optimize building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) to ensure operational efficiency.
■Manage facility budget and forecast, including cost tracking and financial reporting.
