A global cyber protection company is looking for a Cloud Sales Manager.Responsibilities:
* Lead partner acquisition strategy and deliver assigned sales targets across Japan
* Manage and coach a high-performing sales team to consistently exceed goals
* Develop and expand the partner ecosystem by recruiting and enabling new service providers
* Align go-to-market strategy with Marketing, Channel, Product, and Support teams to accelerate partner success
* Maintain an accurate sales pipeline with forecasting, reporting, and operational discipline
* Represent the company with partners and stakeholders, strengthening relationships and ensuring long-term growth
* Foster a culture of performance and continuous improvement for people and processes
Requirements:
* More than 5 years of proven success in sales and business development, ideally in cloud or SaaS
* Experience driving revenue growth through partner acquisition and disciplined pipeline management
* Demonstrated ability to lead and scale sales teams, developing talent and fostering a high-performance culture
* Deep understanding of the Japanese cloud channel ecosystem and strategy execution
* Proficient in Japanese and English
