募集背景: We are seeking a Core Application Manager in Japan to support and enhance SAP ERP and EWM at our Kakegawa Distribution Centre.

This role acts as the bridge between Japan operations and global IT, leading a local SAP team, coordinating with global product owners and vendors, and serving as the first escalation point. Requires strong SAP supply chain expertise, ERP-to-S/4HANA project experience, and bilingual Japanese/English communication skills.

仕事内容: Strategic bridge harmonizing Japan operations with global IT for seamless B2B/B2C delivery.
• Provide end-to-end support for SAP ERP and EWM in the Japan market.
• Cover supply chain processes including order management, shipping, billing, inventory, procurement, and related FI tasks.
• Manage requirements for both B2B and B2C models while ensuring alignment with global standards.
• Address Japan-specific needs such as delivery note/price tag output and warehouse-related local systems with local vendors.
• Lead requirements definition and integration activities with global IT, offshore teams, and external vendors.
• Act as the primary IT interface for Japan Distribution and Warehouse teams, ensuring communication and prioritization.
• Manage and coach a small Japan-based IT team (2–3 members).
• Serve as the first escalation point for incident resolution and coordinate with global support teams.
• Contribute to the upcoming S/4HANA upgrade, leveraging prior ERP-to-S/4 transition experience.

This role is based in Tokyo office with frequent visits to Kakegawa Warehouse.

応募資格

必須: •Strong knowledge of SAP ERP and EWM, ideally within consumer goods/retail/apparel supply chain operations.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering and coordinating with global and offshore vendors.
• Hands-on experience in SAP ERP to S/4HANA upgrade or transition projects.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory, billing, etc.).
• Experience managing small teams and working with global IT and cross-functional international stakeholders.
• Ability to act as escalation point and lead incident resolution with global support teams.
• Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English (bilingual required; Japanese at JLPT N1 level or equivalent).

年収・給与: 【年収】800万円～ 1149万円、賞与付き
