【業務内容詳細】
<Financial Planning & Analysis>
- Lead financial forecasting and budgeting for business units, covering sales, cost of goods sold (COGS), expenses, capital expenditures (CapEx), and headcount planning.
- Conduct financial reporting and analysis on key metrics such as sales performance, gross margin, operating income, and spending trends.
- Proactively monitor and manage business risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with FP&A teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, cost center management, and project tracking.
<Business Partnering & Decision Support>
- Serve as a strategic finance partner to business unit leaders and marketing teams, providing financial insights to support growth initiatives.
- Review and validate key business proposals, including pricing adjustments, financial structuring of deals, and CapEx investments.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analyses to assist with business development, ROI calculations, and resource allocation.
- Actively engage in critical business meetings such as monthly performance reviews, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) sessions, and leadership councils, offering financial insights and recommendations.
- Performance Monitoring & Process Improvement
- Drive business performance through ongoing financial monitoring, analysis, and actionable recommendations.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies in financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.

- 必須

- 8-10 years of finance experience in a multinational corporation as a Finance Business
Partner supporting commercial operations.
- Fluent in Japanese and English.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with a curiosity to deeply understand business
drivers.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, financial planning tools, and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at
all levels.

- Industry experience in healthcare or a related sector.
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or other financial analytics tools.
- Qualified Accountant (CPA, ACCA) or MBA with a finance specialization.
- Familiarity with local GAAP and US reporting standards.
