【業務内容詳細】
- Report to Global Supply Chain Director
- Ensure third-party warehouse operations meet required service levels, including quality, timeliness, and output, as defined by internal guidelines.
- Actively oversee day-to-day warehouse processes, follow up on urgent operational matters, and approve any extra services outside of standard agreements when necessary.
- Maintain a regular on-site presence at the warehouse to build working relationships and remain informed on core operational workflows.
- Coordinate annual physical inventory counts and financial audit support; manage weekly inventory reconciliation between warehouse systems and internal ERP.
- Collaborate with the warehouse on quality control procedures for incoming shipments.
- Lead improvements in the local supply chain structure through focused project management of small- to medium-scale initiatives.
- Serve as the key contact for logistics service providers, including warehouse partners, local couriers, import agents, and repair vendors, handling routine communications, follow-ups, and pricing reviews.
- Manage the internal order fulfillment process, ensuring timely delivery of items to relevant internal stakeholders.
- Provide issue resolution and support for commercial teams regarding deliveries, including administrative tasks such as courier claims.
- Strive to maximize delivery rates for time-sensitive wholesale orders each season.
- Prepare and share weekly internal reports covering delays, returns, reorders, and related metrics.
- Administer local office-related order and return processes, ensuring alignment with internal procedures and directives.

- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in logistics, supply chain management, consulting, or business analysis
- Demonstrated leadership potential and a strong sense of ambition
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Fluency in both English and Japanese is required; additional language proficiency is a plus
- Solid business acumen with the ability to connect operational decisions to financial impact, alongside well-developed negotiation skills
- Highly action-oriented with the ability to turn ideas into executable plans and measurable outcomes
