• New Business Acquisition and Account Management for electronic-related components.
• Securing new programs and components.
• Handling RFQs, preparing draft quotations, and negotiating proposed prices.
• Sales Strategy Development and Execution for Honda business.
• Understanding and analyzing customers' future vehicle plans, product technology trends and strategies, and incorporating them into internal product strategies.
• General Coordination for sales promotion activities and complaint handling for Honda.
• Developing and implementing sales strategies internally and globally.
• Building and Maintaining Strong Relationships with key customer departments.
• Engaging with upper decision makers.
• Developing man mapping with key persons in purchasing, engineering, and quality-related departments.
• Mobilizing Internal Resources to fulfill customer commitments.
• Leading Internal Coordination and Consensus Building to implement customer strategies, including relevant overseas departments.

- 必須

• 10+ years of experience working for an automotive parts manufacturer and 5+ years of substantive sales experience with Honda Motor Co., Ltd.
• Strong will to expand business sales, a hunter-like sales style, and proven experience in successfully winning new Honda business.
• Ability to develop and implement strategies with successful outcomes.
• Knowledge of Japanese automotive business, Honda business, and auto parts.
• Experience leading and managing a sales organization.
• Ability to train subordinates.
• Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English.
• Insight, negotiation skills, relationship-building ability, organizational awareness, and an information-oriented mindset.
• Educational background: University degree or equivalent
